At Delphi Rise, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families at every step of their journey, from substance use prevention to recovery. Whether you are taking proactive steps to avoid substance use or facing the challenges of recovery, we offer consistent, compassionate care throughout the entire process.
Our school-based prevention program helps youth make healthy choices, fostering resilience and preventing addiction before it begins. For those already facing challenges, we provide 24/7 clinical evaluations, the support of Peer Advocates with lived experience, and outpatient treatment services—without waiting lists.
We also offer holistic recovery support tailored to individual needs, including housing, health services, and food assistance, helping individuals rebuild their lives, regain stability, and rediscover hope.
Together, we’re creating a stronger, more vibrant community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Reentry Program
I started the Delphi program during my freshman year. It helped me learn how to cope with my mother's addiction. I was able to get support through Mrs. Steblin. And her amazing services, it helped me survive when I believed I was completely alone and that nobody could help or relate to me.
Prevention Program
The case managers meet with you and provide referrals for CASAT or any other programs you may need. They've helped me with clothing, work boots, and a jacket. There's also a food pantry available if you're in need, and a cooking class that I personally enjoy. The atmosphere is positive and fun, with a great staff running the class.
