Recovery Planning & Referrals
We will connect you with the right service at the right time, to meet your needs. This could include inpatient, outpatient, detox services or hospitalization.
Peer Support & Family Involvement
You will be greeted by a Peer Advocate—someone with lived experience who understands your journey. Our Peer Advocates will:
- Actively listen without judgment
- Support and guide you through the recovery process
- Provide a safe space while we coordinate your care
- Stay connected with you beyond today, ensuring continued support
We also recognize the critical role of family and loved ones in recovery and will work to integrate them into your care plan if desired.
